Rules

· Fees are payable monthly in advance and are payable whether gymnasts attend training sessions or not

· All gymnasts under the age of 17 must be brought into and collected from inside the Gym.

· Should a gymnast leave the club, all fees and monies owing to date should be paid forthwith v Official club uniform should be worn at all times, unless otherwise instructed

· Gymnasts are required to attend all appropriate training sessions on time and if late must make their coach aware of the reason

· If a gymnast is absent, without contact, for 3 consecutive sessions it will be assumed that she no longer wishes to be a club member and she will be removed from the Squad List

· Discipline is necessary for health and safety reasons within the gym and all gymnasts must at all times follow the instructions/direction of the squad coaches. Misbehaviour will not be tolerated and can lead to expulsion from the club

· Jewellery including earrings, must not be worn during training sessions or competitions – earrings that cannot be removed must be taped

· Long hair must be tied back v All gymnasts under 17 years of age must be ’’signed in and signed out’ by a responsible adult

· We operate a ‘Zero Tolerance’ policy on bullying. Anyone found bullying will be excluded from the Club immediately
